CBD Oil, Hemp Oil and Hemp Seed Oil, What's the difference?

CBD Oil, Hemp Oil and Hemp Seed Oil, What's the difference?

Confused?? So were we!  So what's the difference?⠀⠀

CBD OIL - CBD oil comes from the flowers and leaves of the Cannabis Sativa plant. With specialised extraction processes such as carbon dioxide extraction, manufacturers can draw out an extract rich in CBD and other components. This process is complicated and you will find CBD oils more expensive than Hemp Seed oil.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

HEMP SEED OIL- Hemp seed oil derives from the seeds of the Cannabis Sativa plant. It contains omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid, and other nutritional antioxidants. It is also high in B vitamins and vitamin D. It contains no THC and little to no CBD.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

HEMP OIL- Hemp oil can be used to refer to both hemp seed oil and CBD oil, which as mentioned above, are very different.   For example, hemp seed oil is mostly used for skin care or cooking due to its vitamin properties, whereas CBD oil is used by many people for a variety of health concerns. Always read the label to see if your Hemp Oil contains any CBD.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So depending on your reason for wanting to try CBD or Hemp oil make sure you're choosing the right one for you. Read the labels carefully and buy from a company you trust and has available lab reports. 🙋🏼‍♀️🌱⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
